Hyster-Yale (HY) Raises Qtr. Dividend 10% to $0.275; Yields 1.2%

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling (NYSE: HY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on June 16, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 2, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 29, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
