PepsiCo, Inc. (PEP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 15.4% to $0.655; 3.1% Yield

PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.655 per share, or $2.62 annualized. This is a 15.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.5675.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 6, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 4, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.

"PepsiCo is focused on delivering sustainable long-term growth and strong cash returns to shareholders," said PepsiCo Chairman and CEO Indra Nooyi. "The Board's decision to increase our annual dividend demonstrates the confidence we have in the fundamental strength of PepsiCo's business and our future growth prospects."
