Baxter International, Inc. (NYSE: BAX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per share, or $2.08 annualized. This is a 6.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.49.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 6, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 4, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
