Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK-A) reported Q1 earnings of $2,862.00 per Class A share, versus $2,977.00 reported last year.

Earnings of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. and its consolidated subsidiaries for the first quarter of 2014 and 2013 are summarized below. Earnings are stated on an after-tax basis. (Dollar amounts are in millions, except for per share amounts).
