Penske Automotive Group (PAG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.6% to $0.19; 1.6% Yield

Penske Automotive Group (NYSE: PAG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. This is a 5.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on June 2, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 12, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 8, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
