Och-Ziff Capital Management (NYSE: OZM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share, or $0.92 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 19, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 12, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 8, 2014.
