American Campus Communities (ACC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.6% to $0.38; 3.9% Yield

American Campus Communities (NYSE: ACC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized. This is a 5.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.36.

The dividend will be payable on May 30, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 16, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 14, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.9 percent.
