Archer-Daniels-Midland (NYSE: ADM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 5, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 13, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
