CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust (NYSE: CORR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.129 per share, or $0.516 annualized. This is a 3.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.125.

The dividend will be payable on May 22, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 14, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 12, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.4 percent.
