Winmark Corp (NASDAQ: WINA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on June 2, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 14, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 12, 2014.
