Exxon Mobil (NYSE: XOM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.69 per share, or $2.76 annualized. This is a 9.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.63.
The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 13, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 9, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.
