Humana, Inc. (NYSE: HUM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.27.

The dividend will be payable on July 25, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2014.
