Torchmark Corp. (TMK) Declares $0.19 Quarterly Dividend; 1% Yield

In addition to a stock split, Torchmark Corp. (NYSE: TMK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 2, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 29, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1 percent.

NOTE: Post split the dividend is $0.1267 per share.
