UGI Corp. (UGI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.4% to $0.2950; 2.5% Yield

UGI Corp. (NYSE: UGI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2950 per share, or $1.18 annualized. This is a 4.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2825.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 16, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 12, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
