Denbury Resources, Inc. (DNR) Declares $.0625 Quarterly Dividend; 1.5% Yield

Denbury Resources, Inc. (NYSE: DNR) declared a quarterly dividend of $.0625 per share, or $0.25 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 27, 2014, to stockholders of record on April 29, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.

Denbury expects to grow its annual dividend rate to between $0.50 per share and $0.60 per share in 2015 and at a sustainable rate thereafter.
