S&T Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: STBA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 annualized. This is a 6.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.16.

The dividend will be payable on May 29, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 13, 2014.
