MDC Partners (NASDAQ: MDCA) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.18), may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $292.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $282.5 million.

MDC Partners sees FY2014 revenue of $1.245-1.27 billion, versus prior guidance of $1.23-1.255 billion and the consensus of $1.25 billion.
