Washington REIT (WRE) Declares $0.30 Quarterly Dividend; 5% Yield

Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE: WRE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 16, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 12, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
