Altera Corp (NASDAQ: ALTR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 2, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 12, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 8, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
