UPDATE: Altra Holdings, Inc. (AIMC) Increases Quarterly Dividend to $0.12; 1.4% Yield

Altra Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIMC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is an increase from $0.40 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 2, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 18, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 16, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
