Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE: OII) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized. This is a 22.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on June 20, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 28, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
