Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. (NYSE: SXL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.6950 per share, or $2.78 annualized. This is a 4.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.6625.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 9, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 7, 2014.
