Marlin Midstream Partners, LP (NASDAQ: FISH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.355 per share, or $1.42 annualized. This is a 1.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.

The dividend will be payable on May 6, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 1, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of April 29, 2014.
