ONEOK Partners L.P. (NYSE: OKS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.745 per share, or $2.98 annualized. This is a 2.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.73.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of April 28, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.3 percent.
