Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP (NYSE: KMP) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.38 per share, or $5.52 annualized. This is a 6.2% increase from the prior dividend of $1.30.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of April 28, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.1 percent.
