Kinder Morgan (NYSE: KMI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 annualized. This is a 10.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.38.
The dividend will be payable on May 16, 2014, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of April 28, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
