MVC Capital, Inc. (NYSE: MVC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.135 per share, or $0.54 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2014, to stockholders of record on April 24, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of April 22, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.
