Greif, Inc. (NYSE: GEF) $5.60; Reports Q2 EPS of $0.97, 10 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $620.1 million vs. $629.60 million consensus. GEF sees FY06 EPS between $3.85-3.95 vs. $3.67 consensus.

Focus Media Holding Ltd. (Nasdaq: FMCN) +$4.35; Stock continues higher; share price has moved up from $29.00 on Nov 18, 2005 to $67.52. Company operates an out-of-home advertising network using audiovisual flat-panel displays in the People's Republic of China.

Aspreva Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: ASPV) +$3.65; Stock continues higher, share price has moved up from $11.43 on Nov 18, 2005 to $33.63 today

Movado Group, Inc. (NYSE: MOV) +$3.51; Company reported Q1 EPS of $0.11, 9 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $97.7 million vs. $95.37 million consensus. Movado Group increased its guidance for fiscal 2007 and now anticipates diluted earnings per share to range between $1.53 and $1.58. Current consensus is $1.38.

Rambus (Nasdaq: RMBS) +$3.35 Reports from the Wall Street Journal, e-mails from Micron (NYSE: MU) and Hynix Semi pointed to price-fixing which could support the allegations made by Rambus. The company is also hosting an analyst day meeting today.


DOWNWARD MOVERS:
M Systems Flash (Nasdaq: FLSH) -$4.05; Commenced an internal review of prior stock option grants. The Company has therefore decided not to proceed at this time with its previously announced public offering.

Kyphon (Nasdaq: KYPH) -$3.17; Morgan Stanley downgrades KYPH to Equal Weight

Trinity Industries Inc. (NYSE: TRN) -$2.70; Company announced it has agreed to sell 100% of the stock of its Trinity Fittings Group ("TFG") to the TFG management team and the investment firm of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners. The Company also announced that it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $450 million aggregate principal amount of its Convertible Subordinated Notes due 2036.

Cree, Inc. (Nasdaq: CREE) -$1.75; Announced that its Japanese distributor, Sumitomo Corporation, has agreed to purchase $180 million of Cree's light-emitting diode (LED) and wafer products during Cree's fiscal year ending June 2007. However, analysts say this is approx. $20 Mln lighter than was expected
