Cell Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: CTIC) 11.4% HIGHER; announced that at a recent meeting with the FDA, CTI and the FDA agreed on a new drug application route for XYOTAX for women with lung cancer.

TRM Corp. (Nasdaq: TRMM) 10.5% HIGHER; reports from the New York Post, ATM operator Cardtronics and a number of private-equity firms are targeting the company in deal that could top $275 million.

M Systems Flash Disk Pioneers Ltd. (Nasdaq: FLSH) 10.4% LOWER; commenced an internal review of prior stock option grants. The Company has therefore decided not to proceed at this time with its previously announced public offering.

Novell Inc. (Nasdaq: NOVL) 8.2% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.03, in-line with estimates.(0.03) Revenues were $278.3 million vs. $275.7 million consensus. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.03, versus the consensus of $0.04. Sees revenue of $239-$247 million versus the consensus of $283.22 million.

Dress Barn Inc. (Nasdaq: DBRN) 7.7% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.29, 3 cents better than estimates.(0.26) Revenues were $327.2 million. Raises FY06 EPS guidance to $1.10 (cons $1.08) and introduces FY07 EPS guidacne of $1.25-$1.30 (cons $1.21).

Rambus (Nasdaq: RMBS) 6% HIGHER; reports from the Wall Street Journal, e-mails from Micron (NYSE: MU) and Hynix Semi pointing to price-fixing could support the allegations made by Rambus.

Stamps.com Inc. (Nasdaq: STMP) 5.3% HIGHER; will replace Reliance Steel & Aluminum in the S&P SmallCap 600.

Copart Inc. (Nasdaq: CPRT) 5% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.36, which may not be comparable to the consensus of $0.38. Revenues were $149.5 million vs. $154.44 million consensus.

Pacific Sunwear (Nasdaq: PSUN) 4.7% LOWER; PacSun same-store sales decreased 2.2 percent and d.e.m.o. same-store sales decreased 5.0 percent compared to the same four week period last year.

Citi Trends (Nasdaq: CTRN) 4.4% LOWER; said comparable store sales increased 10.8% for the four-week period ended May 27, 2006, compared with an 11.1% increase in the prior-year period.

Wilsons The Leather Experts Inc. (NASDAQ: WLSN) 3.8% LOWER; said Comparable store sales decreased 9.1% for the four weeks ended May 27, 2006

Commerce Bancorp Inc. (NYSE: CBH) 3.6% HIGHER; will replace Engelhard Corp. (NYSE: EC) in the S&P 500 after the close of trading on Monday, June 5.

JC Penney Company, Inc. (NYSE: JCP) 2.7% HIGHER; said on a comparable store basis, sales increased 11.1 percent, well above guidance for a low single digit sales increase. Based on sales performance in the May period, management is raising guidance for earnings from continuing operations in the second quarter by $0.02 per share to approximately $0.62 per share, up from previous guidance of approximately $0.60 per share.

Sigma Designs (Nasdaq: SIGM) 1.8% HIGHER; reports a Q3 loss of $0.03, which may not be comparable to the consenus of a $0.02 profit. Revenues were $14.8 million vs. $12.59 million consensus.

OSI Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: OSIP) 1.7% HIGHER; Preliminary Topline Efficacy Results from Phase II Data Show Macugen(R) (pegaptanib sodium injection) Maintained or Improved Vision in over 90 Percent of Patients with Macular Edema Associated with Central Retinal Vein Occlusion (CRVO)

HJ Heinz Co. (NYSE: HNZ) 1.5% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.54, 5 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $2.4 billion versus the consensus of $2.37 billion. Sees FY07 EPS of $2.35 versus the consensus of $2.25.

Hovnanian Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: HOV) 1.2% HIGHER; Hovnanian Entrprises (NYSE: HOV) reports Q2 EPS of $1.55, 12 cents better than estimates.(1.43) Revenues were $1.57 billion vs. $1.35 billion consensus. Sees Q3 EPS of $1.40-$1.50 versus the consensus of $1.75. Sees FY EPS of $7.20-$7.40 versus the consensus of $7.00.

Guess?, Inc. (NYSE: GES) INDICTED HIGHER; said comparable store sales for the May period increased 20.0%. The Company now expects total revenues for the second quarter to increase nearly 25% from last year's levels, versus previous expectations for an increase in the high teens. The net impact of the changes in guidance should result in a net earnings improvement over previous guidance for the second quarter in the range of $2.5 million to $3.2 million, or $0.05 to $0.07 per share.

Security Capital Corporation (AMEX: SCC) INDICTED HIGHER; announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $9.04 per share of Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, and Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share. The special cash dividend will be payable on June 28, 2006 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 14, 2006
