Syntax-Brillian Corporation (Nasdaq: BRLC) is 14% higher after CEO, Vincent F. Sollitto, bought 15,000 on 05/18 at $2.10 and CFO, Wayne A. Pratt, bought 10,000 shares on 05/18 at $2.09

Shares of Foot Locker, Inc. (NYSE: FL) is 11% higher on rumors the company could be the target of a leverage buyout. According to reports from Women's Wear Daily, private equity firms Thomas Lee and Apollo Management are pursuing a deal to buy the company for up to $30 per share.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (NYSE: AMD) is 9.8% higher after Dell said they will use AMD server chips for the first time.

FormFactor Inc. (Nasdaq: FORM) IS 8.5% higher after Citigroup initiated coverage on the stock with a Buy rating and $47 price target. The firm said upside looks to outweight downside ~2:1. The firm said FORM is a premier secular growth story and the best pure-play on strong DRAM demand in C2007.

Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. (NYSE: PNK) is 8.3% higher after the company backed out of the bidding war for Aztar

Shares of Western Digital Corp. (NYSE: WDC) is 8% higher after Bear Stearns noted the company could be the target of a takeover. Bear Stearns says the company could be worth up to $32-37 per share in a deal.
