CBOE HLDGS (CBOE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.18; 1.4% Yield

CBOE HLDGS (NASDAQ: CBOE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on September 20, 2013, to stockholders of record on August 30, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of August 28, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.

"We are pleased to announce a 20-percent increase in CBOE Holdings' cash dividend. This is the third consecutive year in which we increased our dividend since our IPO in 2010, highlighting our company's solid financial position and our ability to consistently deliver long-term stockholder value," said CBOE Holdings CEO Edward T. Tilly. "Our strong balance sheet and positive cash flow enable us to continue to pursue strategic growth initiatives and to return excess cash to stockholders."
