TF Financial Corp (NASDAQ: THRD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized. This is a 100% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on August 8, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of August 6, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
