Nash-Finch Company (NASDAQ: NAFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 6, 2013, to stockholders of record on August 23, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of August 21, 2013.
