New Oriental Education (EDU) Declares $0.35 Special Dividend; 1.5% Yield

New Oriental Education & Technology Group (NYSE: EDU) declared a special dividend of $0.35 per share. This is a 16.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on October 7, 2013, to stockholders of record on September 6, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
