BLUEKNIGHT ENERGY (BKEP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.1% to $0.12; 5.6% Yield

BLUEKNIGHT ENERGY (NASDAQ: BKEP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 2.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1175.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2013, to stockholders of record on August 2, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of July 31, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.6 percent.
