Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 annualized. This is a 2.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.46.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of July 29, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.7 percent.
