Targa Resources Corp. (TRGP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.6% to $0.5325; 3.2% Yield

Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE: TRGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5325 per share, or $2.13 annualized. This is a 7.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.495.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on July 29, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of July 25, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
