Carbo Ceramics, Inc. (NYSE: CRR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.27.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on August 1, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of July 30, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
