Brinks Co. (NYSE: BCO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 3, 2013, to stockholders of record on July 24, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of July 22, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
