Sovran Self Storage, Inc. (NYSE: SSS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per share, or $2.12 annualized. This is a 10.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.48.

The dividend will be payable on July 26, 2013, to stockholders of record on July 12, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of July 10, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
