Glenayre Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: GEMS) 22.6% LOWER; reports a Q1 loss of $0.10, 7 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $86.4 million vs. $82.4 million consensus. Late last week we were notified by Sprint Nextel that we will no longer be included in their voicemail vendor selection process. As a result of this decision and a soft domestic market we are adjusting Messaging's 2006 revenue outlook to equal or slightly less than revenues achieved in 2005.

InPhonic (Nasdaq: INPC) 17% HIGHER; reports Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.04, 5 cents better than estimates.(-.01) Revenues were $87.4 million vs. $83.45 million consensus. Sees Q2 revenues between $90-95 million vs. $93.2 million consensus. Sees FY revenues between $400-410 million vs. $408.8 million consensus.

Ditech Communications Corp. (Nasdaq: DITC) 12% HIGHER; sees Q4 revenues of approx. $20 million vs. $18.19 million consensus. Sees Q4 EPS between $0.06-0.07 vs. $0.04 consensus.

Chipolte Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) 11% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.26, 14 cents better than estimates.(0.12) Revenues were $187 million vs. $171.71 million consensus. Comp sales up 19.7% for Q1.

Warnaco Group Inc. (Nasdaq: WRNC) 10.9% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.34, 24 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $466.3 million vs. $465.31 million consensus.

IMPCO Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: IMCO) 10.5% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.12, 7 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $56.1 million versus the consensus of $46 million.

aQuantive Inc. (Nasdaq: AQNT) 7.3% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.10, 4 cents better than estimates.(0.06) Revenues were $92.2 million vs. $84.77 million consensus.

Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NYSE: WPI) 6.6% LOWER; Watson Pharmaceutical (NYSE: WPI) reports Q1 EPS of $0.23, 9 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $407.2 million vs. $428.82 million consensus.

Wellcare Health Plans Inc. (NYSE: WCG) 6.1% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.42, 7 cents better than estimates.(0.35) Revenues were $730.4 million vs. $697.68 million consensus. Sees Q2 EPS at $0.48 vs. $0.46 consensus. Sees FY06 EPS between $2.52-2.57 vs. $2.40 consensus.

Dell Inc. (Nasdaq: DELL) 6% LOWER; expects to achieve GAAP earnings per share of approximately 33 cents for its fiscal 2007 first quarter and expects revenue of approximately $14.2 billion versus its original guidance of $14.2 to $14.6 billion and earnings per share of 36 to 38 cents, including an estimated three cents of stock-based compensation. The current consensus is $14.52 billion and $0.38.

SBA Communications Corp. (Nasdaq: SBAC) 5% HIGHER; reports a Q1 loss of $0.11, 1 cents better than estimates.(-.12) Revenues were $68.8 million vs. $66.99 million consensus. Sees Q2 revenues between $80.5-84 million. Sees full-year revenues between $337-355 million

Broadwing Corporation (Nasdaq: BWNG) 5% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, up to $125.0 million of senior unsecured convertible debentures through an offering to qualified institutional buyers.

Sara Lee Corp. (NYSE: SLE) 4.5% LOWER; Sara Lee Corporation (NYSE: SLE) reports Q3 EPS of $0.22 ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.25. Revenues came in at $3.79 billion versus the consensus of $4.44 billion. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.27-$0.32, versus the consensus of $0.32. Sees FY06 EPS of $1.14-$1.19, ex-items, versus the consensus of $1.22.

Pacific Ethanol, Inc. (Nasdaq: PEIX) 4% HIGHER; Completes Permitting for Planned Ethanol Plant in Boardman, Oregon

Fluor Corp. (NYSE: FLR) 3.4% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $1.00, 35 cents better than estimates.(0.65) Revenues were $3.62 billion vs. $3.33 billion consensus. Sees FY06 EPS between $2.90-3.20 from $2.80-3.10 vs. $3.07 consensus.

Helen of Troy Ltd. (Nasdaq: HELE) 2.7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS (excluding items) of $0.30, 15 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $134.51 million vs. $125.07 million consensus. Guides Above for Full-Year

Avanex (Nasdaq: AVNX) 2.5% LOWER; reports a Q3 loss of $0.06, 1 cent worse than estimates.(-.05) Revenues were $40.1 million vs. $39.39 million consensus.

SanDisk Corp. (Nasdaq: SNDK) 1.1% LOWER; plans to sell $1 billion principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due in 2013 pursuant to a registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission today. In addition, the Company expects to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional $150 million principal amount of Notes from the Company to cover overallotments.

Albany Molecular Research Inc. (Nasdaq: AMRI) INDICATED HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.06, 4 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $43.4 million versus the consensus of $35.8 million.
