American Capital Agency Corp. (NASDAQ: AGNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.05 per share, or $4.2 annualized. This is a 16% decrease from the prior dividend of $1.25.

The dividend will be payable on July 26, 2013, to stockholders of record on June 28, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 16.6 percent.
