Zion Oil & Gas, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZN) 26.4% HIGHER; gapping higher at the start Tuesday, though shares have been on a strong eight session run. The key level here appears to be $2.25.

Gevo, Inc. (Nasdaq: GEVO) 22.6% HIGHER; announced that it has resumed commercial production of isobutanol at its Luverne, Minn. plant in single train mode, successfully utilizing its proprietary Gevo Integrated Fermentation Technology.

Cytokinetics Incorporated (Nasdaq: CYTK) 20.6% HIGHER; announced that results from ATOMIC-AHF have been accepted for presentation during a Hot Line Late Breaking Trials Session at the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) Congress 2013. ATOMIC-AHF is a Phase IIb clinical trial designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of an intravenous formulation of omecamtiv mecarbil compared to placebo in patients with left ventricular systolic dysfunction who are hospitalized with acute heart failure.

CombiMatrix Corporation (Nasdaq: CBMX) 18.9% HIGHER; announced that its volumes of prenatal testing have shown a significant uptick since data from two National Institutes of Health (NIH) studies showed the value of chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA).

Premier Exhibitions, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRXI) 15.2% HIGHER; announced that the Company's Board of Directors has authorized a stock repurchase plan pursuant to which the Company may repurchase up to 1.5 million shares of outstanding common stock. The authorization will terminate upon completing the repurchase plan or when otherwise terminated by the Board of Directors.

Walter Energy (NYSE: WLT) 14.9% HIGHER; Morgan Stanley issued positive commentary late Monday with respect to recent news that Walter is postponing a rather large debt refinancing program. Walter saw some sharp downside over the prior two session on the news. For more color, click here.

Orchard Supply Hardware Stores (Nasdaq: OSH) 13.3% LOWER; continuing lower after announcing plans to file Chapter 11 bankruptcy and be bought by Lowe's (NYSE: LOW).

MannKind Corp. (Nasdaq: MNKD) 11.7% LOWER; hit early amid some speculation that hedge funds orchestrated a bear-raid to flush out weak-handed retail stock owners.

Opexa Therapeutics (Nasdaq: OPXA) 10.7% LOWER; filed a registration with the U.S. SEC to sell, from time to time, up to $17.25 million shares of its Common Stock.

Frontline Ltd. (NYSE: FRO) 10.1% LOWER; pulling back following a 27 percent run higher on Monday. Over 1 million shares have traded today, versus the daily average of about 950,000 shares.

Kandi Technolgies Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: KNDI) 9.1% LOWER; dipping lower after a 24.2 percent gain Monday on news of a large rollout of EVs. For more color, click here.
