Amicus Therapeutics (Nasdaq: FOLD) 26.7% LOWER; delays U.S. approval for its migalastat HCl monotherapy for Fabry disease

Terex Corp. (NYSE: TEX) 15.75% LOWER; lowered its full year 2013 guidance and providing second quarter guidance. Full year 2013 earnings per share is now expected to be between $1.90 and $2.10, as adjusted for certain non-recurring items. Previous full year 2013 guidance was an earnings per share of between $2.40 and $2.70. Due to the timing of this announcement the Company is also providing second quarter 2013 earnings per share guidance of $0.50 - $0.60 per share, excluding certain non-recurring items. The FY 2013 consensus is $2.55 and the Q2 consensus is $0.82.

Kandi Technologies Group, Inc (Nasdaq: KNDI) 12.9% HIGHER; announced that Hangzhou City started the construction of its first pure electric vehicle (the "EV") smart vertical parking and charging facility in Gudang Technology Park of Xihu District to advance its planned five-year goal of establishing a mini-public transportation system which will include up to 100,000 self-serving rental EVs and all necessary service infrastructure throughout Hangzhou. The first facility is anticipated to be completed and in use in early July of 2013. According to the project plan, over 30 pure EV smart vertical parking and charging facilities (including additional EV sharing service network) will be built by the end of this year in Hangzhou City and 5,000 to 10,000 Kandi pure EVs will be deployed in Hangzhou within one year from the initial launch of the smart vertical parking and charging facility.

MannKind Corp. (NASDAQ: MNKD) 4.8% HIGHER; announced that all follow-up visits have been completed for the patients enrolled in Study 175, a Phase 3 clinical study of AFREZZA® (insulin human [rDNA origin]) inhalation powder, an investigational, ultra rapid-acting mealtime insulin therapy, administered using MannKinds next-generation inhaler. MannKind expects to release data from this study later this summer.

Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE: WY) 4.2% HIGHER; signed definitive stock purchase agreement to acquire Longview Timber LLC from affiliates of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. for $2.65 billion, which includes the assumption of debt. The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and is expected to close in July 2013.

The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (NYSE: MTW) 3.5% LOWER; Lower on Terex warning

Tesla Motors (NASDAQ: TSLA) font color="limegreen">3.3% HIGHER; Global Equities initiated coverage with an Overweight rating and a price target of $150.00.

Novo Nordisk A/S (NYSE: NVO) 2.5% LOWER; BofA/Merrill Lynch downgraded fom Buy to Neutral.

Micron Technology Inc. (NYSE: MU) 2.3% HIGHER; positive analyst commentary.

SodaStream International, Ltd. (Nasdaq: SODA) 2.3% HIGHER; Whirlpool's KitchenAid announced a collaboration that will introduce a jointly developed home carbonation system to the KitchenAid portfolio. The soda maker is expected to be available at retail in the fourth quarter of 2013.

Peregrine Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: PPHM) 2% HIGHER; Russell 3000 preliminary addition

Tibco Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TIBX) 2% HIGHER; Wells Fargo upgraded from Market Perform to Outperform with a price target of $25.00 (from $23.00), saying shares are nearing a bottom.

Comcast Corp (NASDAQ: CMCSA) 2% HIGHER; Raymond James upgraded from Outperform to Strong Buy with a price target of $46.00.

Zoetis Inc. (NYSE: ZTS) 1.5% HIGHER; will replace First Horizon National Corp. (NYSE: FHN) in the S&P 500, First Horizon National will replace QLogic Corp. (NASD: QLGC) in the S&P MidCap 400
