ARMOUR Residential REIT (NYSE: ARR) declared a monthly dividend of $0.07 per share, or $0.84 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 30, 2013, to stockholders of record on July 15, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of July 11, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 18.3 percent.
