Ceres (Nasdaq: CERE) 60.9% HIGHER; moving higher ahead of news expected out in the first-half of July on sweet sorghum yields for the recent harvesting season. For more color, click here.

Cooper Tire & Rubber Company (NYSE: CTB) 40.5% HIGHER; Apollo Tyres will acquire Cooper for $35 per share. Click here for more color.

Ulta Salon (Nasdaq: ULTA) 15.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.65, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.62. Revenue for the quarter came in at $582.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $576.3 million. Comparable store sales (sales for stores open at least 14 months) increased 6.7 percent. Sees Q2 2013 EPS of $0.64-0.67, versus the consensus of $0.68. Also sees Q2 2013 revenue of $579-589 million, versus the consensus of $590.3 million.

Celsion Corporation (Nasdaq: CLSN) 14.5% LOWER; lower on a negative blog post today. Also, CEO Michael Tardungo disclosed the purchase of 10,000 shares made today at $1.3457.

Kandi Technolgies Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: KNDI) 13.7% LOWER; Kandi pulling back after making a nice run to $7.85 over the last five sessions following reports that an electric vehicle collaboration with Geely was roved in China.

Health Management (NYSE: HMA) 11.5% HIGHER; large investor Glenview Capital Management asked Health Management to redeem its poison pill, or at a minimum, amend the poison pill to increase the percentage of stock a person would be permitted to own without triggering the poison pill to a 25 percent threshold.

Swisher Hygiene Inc. (Nasdaq: SWSH) 10.9% HIGHER; announced that the company received a letter from NASDAQ on June 11, 2013 indicating that it has completed all outstanding filing requirements and has regained compliance with NASDAQ listing rules. Accordingly, NASDAQ has determined to continue the listing of Swisher's securities on The NASDAQ Global Market and considers the matter closed.

SemiLEDS (Nasdaq: LEDS) 10.7% LOWER; also seeing some profit taking after moving 23 percent higher over the last four trading sessions.

Spectra Energy Corp (NYSE: SE) 10.6% HIGHER; announced its intention to drop down all of its remaining U.S. Transmission and Storage assets to Spectra Energy Partners (NYSE: SEP) by the end of the year, subject to market conditions.

China BAK Battery, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBAK) 9.0% LOWER; also moving lower following a solid run recently. The move could be attached to Kandi's recent announcement.

Icahn Enterprises L.P. (Nasdaq: IEP) 7.3% LOWER; announced that its registered public offering of 1.6 million depositary units representing limited partner interests in Icahn Enterprises, has been priced for total gross proceeds (before underwriters' discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses) of approximately $120.9 million. Icahn Enterprises has also granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 240,000 depositary units.
