Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, or $0.5 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2013, to stockholders of record on June 20, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of June 18, 2013.
