S&P Dow Jones Indices will make the following changes to the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Friday, May 31:
*Impax Laboratories Inc. (NASDAQ: IPXL) will replace Cymer Inc. (NASD: CYMI). ASML Holding NV is acquiring Cymer in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date pending final approvals.
*Tangoe Inc. (NASDAQ: TNGO) will replace Hot Topic Inc. (NASD: HOTT). Private equity firm Sycamore Partners is acquiring Hot Topic in a deal expected to be completed soon, pending final approvals.
*Impax Laboratories Inc. (NASDAQ: IPXL) will replace Cymer Inc. (NASD: CYMI). ASML Holding NV is acquiring Cymer in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date pending final approvals.
*Tangoe Inc. (NASDAQ: TNGO) will replace Hot Topic Inc. (NASD: HOTT). Private equity firm Sycamore Partners is acquiring Hot Topic in a deal expected to be completed soon, pending final approvals.
