Fossil, Inc. (FOSL) Tops Q1 EPS Views; Comps Up 4.3%; Boosts FY13 EPS Outlook

Fossil, Inc. (NASDAQ: FOSL) reported Q1 EPS of $1.10, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.97. Revenue for the quarter came in at $680.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $650.99 million.

Direct to consumer sales increased 22% with global retail comps increasing 4.3%, the 20th consecutive quarter of positive comps.

Sees Q2 2013 EPS of $0.89-$0.94, versus the consensus of $1.05.

Sees FY2013 EPS of $6.00-$6.26, versus prior guidance of $5.85-$6.15 and the consensus of $6.11.
