Chesapeake Utilities Corp. (NYSE: CPK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.385 per share, or $1.54 annualized. This is a 5.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.365.

The dividend will be payable on July 5, 2013, to stockholders of record on June 17, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
